COVID-19 Response

Dear High Season Customers And Extended Family:

The COVID-19 situation facing the world right now is a time for us to reinforce that the health and wellness of our High Season’s customers, guests, and staff are our top priority. Despite these circumstances, we are determined to provide the products and customer service you need.

High Season management is monitoring the COVID-19 situation as news is released and taking things one day at a time. Please periodically check @shop_highseason on Instagram for updates where High Season will keep you up-to-date on our operations and changes you may notice when visiting us. High Season will remain open to th epublic until further notice but is taking the following precautions at its retail stores:

  • Cleaning counters and other high-touch surfaces throughout the store every hour and necessary.
  • Requiring all staff members to wear gloves while working with the public or when handling money, ID cards, or cannabis products.
  • Practicing safe social distancing between employees and guests visiting the store, including by limiting capacity within the stores.
  • Encouraging all staff to frequently change their gloves and wash and disinfect their hands throughout their shifts.
